Use a generated pause-ad channel from the local manifest server, or supply a full
manifest URL of your own, then load an SGAI session against the selected content
stream. Press play, then pause the video to show the pause ad.
Requires the Vite dev server (npm run dev).
Use an HTTP(S) HLS stream that the selected player can access.
Off: appears immediately on pause. On: start.delay: 2 — appears after
~2 s of being paused.
On: controls.skipOffset: 5 — the resume button appears only after
5 s; resuming earlier keeps the ad up and pauses content again.
On: adds a second pause break with another image. The first pause shows the selected source, the second pause shows the other image, then it wraps.
